How Should I Give to Gods Work?

The Church gives us the opportunity to serve the Lord to give in various ways, such as:

• Giving for the poor
• Giving for childrens needs
• Giving to pay the debts of the church
• Giving for the new churches are being planted
• Giving for strategic and creative evangelism
• Giving for a new building devoted to Gods purpose
• Giving for the Christian Education
• Giving for a community
• Giving for purchase church equipments needed
• Giving for capital improvements of the church
• The legacy you will leave behind.

Apart from giving to your local church, God also provides fields for you to give offerings to the mission of providing world. This is a way to reach the world. Not many people can involve directly in world missions, but you can participate in this ministry through your gifts.

John Wesley gives his personal pleasure to fund the mission. With his simple life, He gives more than 500,000 dollars for the mission in his lifetime. He said if he was willing to go back in time where he slept on the floor, making the boxes as chairs and tables, wheather than if anyone should be perish in his curiosity of our Savior.

We can also giving impacts to other like John Wesley did. You don’t need to feel embarrassed if you are only able to give in small amounts. Youd better give in small amounts than none at all. God will bless you even though you are only able to give in small quantities because however you’ve help His works.
