Dominion Mandate Leadership
Dominion Mandate Leadership, takes three main factors namely the heart that is sensitive to the needs of others, the thought attached to spiritual things and actions that always see the state of the environment.
All these three factors will lead us to have a leader attitude it is to serve others, because the core of the Dominion Mandate Leadership is not a power for himself, but a power to help others and serve them.
One of the most obvious examples from the Bible about the Dominion Mandate Leadership is the story of Joseph. In the course of his life (Genesis 37-41), Joseph experienced the various phases of leadership as a shepherd (Genesis 37:2), Observer (Genesis 37:13-14), Butler (Genesis 39:2-3), Manager (Genesis 39: 4), Executive (Genesis 39:22), and Ruler (Genesis 41:40-41).
Phases of this leadership made Joseph really become a leader who understood the meaning of the Dominion Mandate. He did not stop at one stage before he reached the destination, and through his leadership, many people who were helped and served.
If God puts us as a leader, understand that He also equips us with the Dominion Mandate, so that our leadership is not just to satisfy our interests, but also to serve others.
