People are like potatoes
People are like potatoes
Robert Schuller once said that people are like potatoes. After the harvest, the potatoes must be spread and selected to obtain maximum sales value.
The potatoes were separated according to size, from large, medium and small. After separated and put into bags according to size, the potatoes were put into a truck. All the potato farmers in Idaho used this method, except for one person.
These people have never questioned the problem of separating the potato at all, but proved that he is the most successful farmers.
A neighbor who also was a potato farmer finally asked this to him, "What is the secret?" he replied, "it's easy, I just filled my car with potatoes and through the broken streets toward the city. 6 miles along the way, the small size potatoes always fall to the bottom, medium sized potatoes will be in the middle and large potatoes will be at its peak. "
This not only applies to potatoes. This is the law of life. Large potato would appear to peak in the middle of the bumpy road and only tough people who will come to a peak in the middle of difficult times.
Difficult time in life is not a threat to the tough leader. They even take it as an opportunity to get to the top. Your leadership qualities are determined at a difficult time, not when you are inaugurated as leader.
