Each business comes from an idea. For someone who already has the idea of establishing small business and have not decided to start yet, its a good idea to realized these following steps:
1. Start with a dream. It began from a dream and belief that you will do in business. Dreams are the beginning where it all began. Dreamers always create and make a breakthrough in the effort to reach success.
2. Love your work. Your love and passion in what you do will provide a confidence and make a hard work seems light. It also makes you able to go through various challenges and problems to be faced. Enthusiasm and tenacity, as your sign of love and faith, will be the base of success in your business.
3. Study the fundamentals of business. There will be no success without learning some basic of knowledge about business and without any working experience. Work in appropriate field for 1 or 2 years to learn the basics of business will help us to be better.
4. Take the risk. Dare to take calculated risks is a key in the business world, because the results that you will achieve will be worth to the risk that being taken. A well-calculated risks will give you more opportunity to succeed. And this is the key factor that distinguishes between entrepreneur and manager. Entrepreneurs will be required at the early stages of corporate development, and managers needed to manage a company that has developed.
5. Face the failure. It’s a vitamin to strengthen you and sharpen your intuition and your ability of entrepreneurship, as long as it is not fatal. Every effort always have a risk to failure and if that happens, get ready and face it.
6. When you’re ready to open a business, do it now. Decide and work it now! Even if you are a very potential; have big dreams, capital supported, but if you only manifested in a plan and act nothing, you will going nowhere.
Your job is not to gain success, your job is to keep trying. Because in trying, you’ll discover and learn to build an opportunity to succeed.
